1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received an incorrect product
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference, minor color variation, or change of mind.
2. Return Request Timeline
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Order ID
- Clear images of the product
- Images of the outer packaging
Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With original packaging, tags, and labels intact
Products returned in used or damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
4. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer
Since all Etaliya products are handcrafted, slight variations in:
- Color
- Texture
- Shape
- Bead placement or embroidery
are natural and not considered defects. These variations add to the uniqueness of each piece and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
5. Exchange Process
If your return request is approved:
- We will arrange an exchange for the same product, subject to availability
- If the product is out of stock, you may choose an alternative item of equal value or opt for store credit
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after quality inspection of the returned item
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after approval
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Return Shipping
- For approved cases (damaged/incorrect items), return shipping instructions will be shared by our support team
- Customers must not send items back without prior approval
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased during sale or clearance
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
9. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
