We currently ship across India only. At the moment, international shipping is not available.

2. Shipping Partners

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we work with trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, and other reputed logistics providers.
The courier partner is selected automatically based on your delivery pin code and location.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

Since Etaliya products are handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch:

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days 
• During festive seasons or sale periods, dispatch may take 3–5 working days 

If there is any unexpected delay or stock issue, our support team will contact you promptly.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout 
• Any ongoing free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment status in real time.

7. Packaging & Quality Check

All Etaliya products go through a strict quality inspection and are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Etaliya is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery timelines may be affected due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, government regulations, or courier delays.

11. Festive Season Advisory

During peak festive periods, delivery timelines may be slightly extended. We recommend placing your orders well in advance to avoid last-minute delays.
